Here is the report (prepared by Diana Sima) of an informal meeting held at
KUL/ESAT on February 1, 2008, on the occasion of Dirk van Ormondt's
visit, where signal processing issues regarding the FAST project were
discussed.
Thanks to Dik for preparing the main part of this report, and to all the
