Involved in the following tasks

  • Speech Processing and Recognition in noisy environments.

  • Development of speech enhancement techniques and of language modelling for automatic speech recognition (ASR) in noisy environments to assist ASR in the presence of NMR noise.

Research focus

Embodied Agents and its components, mainly:

- Speech Recognition

- Virtual Environments

- Expert systems

- Natural Language Processing

- Face recognition

Collaborations

Involved in collaboration with C. Labadie (ER ULeipzig) and M. Bagory (UCBL, Lyon) for gradient acoustic sound level pressure prediction and measurement.

Discussion of future projects with Dr. Harald Moeller (SiC Uleipzig)
