-
T4 Signal processing
Task 4 focuses on MRSI signal processing proper of Gigabytes of data. The ultimate goal is reliable quantitation of metabolites. The required computing times are long and will eventually need grid-computing.
-
T5 eMRUI Software package
Task 5 assures that the algorithms FAST shall devise, can be used in Clinics and Research Laboratories with minimal effort in an Information System. To this end, the algorithms are packaged in an innovative, collaborative, object-oriented, Java-based graphical user-interface (GUI) to be developed by the SME ALTER-Systems. Combination of both will result in the eMRSI software package.
The main task will be to develop the jMRUI software package, its algorithms and the Java GUI. I will have to be able to interact with the others researchers involved in the project. I will work to develop a stable, reliable and innovative set of implementations to enable a faster integration with other platforms.
