| Involved in the following tasks |
-
Development of original signal processing algorithms for the new version (eMRUI) of the MRUI software package dedicated to in vivo Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy.
-
Interface between the jMRUI Coordinator, the Algorithm- and GUI-developers, and the jMRUI users.
The work
concerns mainly state-of-the-art Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopic
Imaging (MRSI) applied to Medicine.
- Image and signal processing for NMR spectroscopy
- Algorithm developing for innovative measurement methods in k-space
- Non-cartesian k-space sampling
