Involved in the following tasks

  • Development of original signal processing algorithms for the new version (eMRUI) of the MRUI software package dedicated to in vivo Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy.

  • Interface between the jMRUI Coordinator, the Algorithm- and GUI-developers, and the jMRUI users.

Research focus

The work concerns mainly state-of-the-art Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopic Imaging (MRSI) applied to Medicine.
  • Image and signal processing for NMR spectroscopy
  • Algorithm developing for innovative measurement methods in k-space
  • Non-cartesian k-space sampling
