Involved in the following tasks

  • Development of original signal processing algorithms for the new version (eMRUI) of the MRUI software package dedicated to in vivo Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy.

  • Interface between the jMRUI Coordinator, the Algorithm- and GUI-developers, and the jMRUI users.

Research focus

In vivo localized 2D NMR: Development of signal processing plug-in for the jMRUI package for quantization of metabolites using spectroscopic basis sets for use in the study of neurodegenerative diseases in the mouse including, but not limited to, Parkinson's disease and HIV dementia.
